John Sabre

John Sabre brings over three decades of leadership in investment banking and private capital. Prior to founding The Dalton Group, he launched Princeton Fund Advisors, LLC, and its affiliated entities. John previously served as Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co., where he led the Mezzanine Capi tal Group. His experience also includes President of First Dominion Capital and founding partner at Indosuez Capital. He holds a B.S. from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Bill Peichel

Bill Peichel is a senior finance and business development executive with deep expertise in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) and Financial Services sectors. With experience advising across global markets, he’s helped raise over $180 million in equity capital and led ten M&A transactions. Bill currently advises companies on growth strategy, financial performance, and market expansion while serving as a Board Director and Audit Committee member for multiple registered investment funds.

G. Mike Mikan

Mike serves as president and CEO of NeueHealth, Inc. Mike is a seasoned operator and a transformational leader in health care and consumer-facing businesses. As president and CEO, Mike sets the strategic direction and oversees day-to-day operations of the company. Before joining NeueHealth, Mike was chairman and CEO of Shot-Rock Capital, a Minneapolis-based private investment firm. Prior to Shot-Rock Capital, he served as president of ESL investments and was on the board of several companies, including Best Buy (NYSE: BBY) and AutoNation (NYSE: AN). In 2012, he stepped in as interim CEO of Best Buy. Mike served as CFO at UnitedHealthcare before being named executive vice president and CFO of UnitedHealth Group (NYSE: UNH) in 2006. He also served as the CEO of Optum, the care delivery and technology arm of UnitedHealth Group, where he helped set the strategy and transform the business. Mike serves on the board of AutoNation and NeueHealth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN.

Jeffrey P. Greiner

Jeff is Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Northern Pacific Group, a growth equity firm based in Minneapolis, MN, focused on investments in technology and tech-enabled business services companies. Jeff also manages his own family office and is President of Greiner Investments, LLC. Previously, Jeff focused on technology, business and financial services investments for Norwest Equity Partners. Prior to joining NEP, Jeff was Group Head for RBC Capital Markets and led the firm’s Global Technology Investment Banking practice. Jeff was a Founding Partner of Wessels, Arnold & Henderson (“WA&H”), where he ran Technology Investment Banking and served in a similar capacity when it became Dain, Rauscher Wessels (“DRW”) upon a merger in 1998 and then RBC Capital Markets upon its subsequent sale in 2001. Jeff launched and helped lead WA&H Investments, DRW Investors, and DRW Venture Partners venture/private equity and mezzanine capital funds, which made approximately 250 investments from 1987 to 2004. Jeff earned a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University in 1980 and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in 1983. He is deeply engaged in civic and non-profit work, both locally and nationally, and has served on numerous corporate and civic boards.
